Products manufactured by Irrigation Accessories Company are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery so long as the products are properly installed, used and maintained. Buyers exclusive remedy for any defective product shall be repair or replacement of the product or repayment of the purchase price, at the option of Irrigation Accessories Company.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Correction of defects in the manner provided above shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of seller to buyer, whether based on contract, negligence or otherwise with respect to, or arising out of such equipment.

Irrigation Accessories Company shall not he liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages including, but not limited to economic damages and loss of profits. The remedies provided above are exclusive, and the liability of Irrigation Accessories Company shall not exceed the price of the product on which liability is based.
